Temporary
Aim Personnel will provide you with one of our top employees to work at your company for any given amount of time. This could be to cover a vacation, a sick time, or just a busy season for your company. All you need to do is sign the employees’ weekly time sheet, and we take care of the rest! Candidates will be paid directly by Aim Personnel, and you will receive a weekly invoice to cover the cost of the employee. A recruiter at Aim Personnel will be available for all your needs during the temporary assignment.
Temp to Hire
Temporary-Hire is a great option for companies that are looking to try out a candidate before bringing them on long term. With Temp-Hire, you can select one of Aim Personnel’s top employees that you plan to bring on to your company long term, for a temporary trial period first. This is a great way to ensure that both you and the candidate are completely satisfied with the match! While temping, the candidate will be paid by Aim Personnel, and when you are ready to take them on to direct hire employment, they simply transfer to your company’s payroll! Aim Personnel has had great success with our temp-hire candidates, and have created long-lasting employer/employee relationships!
Direct Hire
Many companies are extremely busy, and have little to no luck advertising positions on the internet, and in other forms of media. Aim Personnel is here to help you find the RIGHT candidate and save you the time and money it costs to decipher through countless resumes and interviews. At Aim, all our candidates have been personally interviewed by one of our recruiters, and carefully chosen for your available position. Your company will pay a competitive rate for a finder’s fee, and come out with the best possible candidate for the job with little time spent searching!
Payroll
Employees will be paid through Aim Personnel and receive a weekly paycheck. We will cover all taxes, insurance, and administrative costs. Eventually if the employee is hired on a long-term basis with your company there will be no service charge.
